Staff were friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, and each room had its own ensuite bathroom and TV. The house was quiet and had a lovely lounge area for relaxing. Good internet access was provided. The location was convenient for exploring the area, and the staff gave helpful recommendations for dining and activities.
The exterior of the house didn't match the pictures on the website, which was a bit misleading. Some areas of the house were in need of maintenance and cleaning, such as mold in the shower and dusty surfaces.

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, treating us like old friends. They went above and beyond to help us, even calling another facility to help us find accommodation. the location was excellent, being centrally located in a convenient area. We also enjoyed the clean and basic room, which had a nice view of the mountains.
The shower was not consistently hot, which was a bit inconvenient. the room lacked some amenities that we would have liked, such as a USB cable and photo album.

We loved the cozy heritage style of the house and the warm welcome from Michelle. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the ensuite bathrooms were a convenient perk. Michelle's recommendations for local restaurants and activities were spot on. the high ceilings kept the room cool, even on a hot day. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the hot shower and the cold water in our room upon arrival. the availability of tea and coffee in the main kitchen was a nice bonus. the host, Vonda, was absolutely wonderful and made us feel right at home. the clean and comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms, and TV in each room were also highlights. the house was quiet and had a lovely lounge area for relaxing. Vonda's willingness to let us use the kitchen anytime was greatly appreciated. She went above and beyond with her recommendations for dining and activities in the area. the free internet access was reliable as well.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

I absolutely loved the heritage style of the house at Pakington Ensuite Homestay. It had such a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The host, Michelle, was incredibly welcoming and made my stay even more enjoyable. She took the time to show me around the house and made sure I had everything I needed. The bed was also extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. While there were a few drawbacks, such as the small kitchen table and the broken coffee machine, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall experience. I highly recommend Pakington Ensuite Homestay and would love to come back and try out one of their other beautiful rooms.

The host provided good information and ensured we had a downstairs room for my elderly mother. The beds were soft and comfortable. The heritage style of the house was charming. We had chosen the budget room but will try the other rooms next time. The host was welcoming and made us feel at home.

We loved the heritage style of the house and felt right at home thanks to Michelle, our awesome hostess. She provided a warm welcome and gave us a tour of the lovely heritage home. the budget backpackers room we chose met our needs, but we are definitely looking forward to coming back and trying out the other wonderful rooms. the high ceilings kept our room cool even on a hot day, and the distant view of the mountains was a nice touch. Michelle also recommended a fantastic local restaurant called Jonnies, where we enjoyed delicious food while listening to music from our youth. it was a quiet and comfortable stay with a great breakfast. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent! 👌.

the location was perfect, close to shops and great places to eat in Westport. the room I had was comfortable and had its own ensuite bathroom. the hostess was very welcoming and accommodating, always with a big smile. the breakfast provided was delicious and there were plenty of drinks available in the shared kitchen. it was a great experience.
That there was no option for card payment, which made the payment process a bit inconvenient.
